​Brett and Tonya Simms own and operate 1881 Millworks Outlet, a family run business specializing in interior and exterior live, rustic and western wood products serving a multi-state region. The Simms are currently looking for a couple with the following skills.

Candidates: must have non-CDL truck driving experience including pulling a trailer, light duty equipment experience (mini Telehandler, Skidsteer, tractor, etc.), strong customer service skills, willingness to go on overnight deliveries, manage inventory, layout and manage fencing, care of fruit trees, gardening and landscaping. Candidates expected to work an average of 40 hours a week with flexibility.

Compensation: Salary starting at $1875 each, housing included, all utilities paid, internet supplied.​
